  • Latex is natural, supportive, and bouncy with quick recovery.

  • Memory foam is synthetic, softer, and molds to your body for pressure relief. It has a slower recovery time.

Gel helps regulate temperature by drawing heat away from your body. It also adds a soft, plush feel—great for reducing pressure on your hips and shoulders.

  • Back sleepers: Go for medium to firm mattresses that keep your spine aligned.

  • Side sleepers: Choose softer or cushioned mattresses that ease pressure on the joints.

Body impressions are shallow dips that form over time as the foam conforms to your body. This is normal and not considered a defect unless the indentation exceeds 3 cm.

What fabric is used in your mattresses?

We use a variety of high-quality, fire-retardant fabrics like:

  • Organic bamboo or cotton

  • Soft damask or jacquard weaves

  • Breathable knitted or quilted covers

It depends on the type:

  • Standard pocket springs: About 900 springs in a king size

  • Micro pocket springs: Around 1,800 springs for added comfort and motion isolation

There’s no official medical certification, but orthopedic or firm mattresses are commonly recommended for back support and posture improvement.

It’s best to change your mattress every 5 to 7 years. Over time, mattresses lose support and accumulate allergens and wear.
